Buying your first home can feel overwhelming - but it doesn’t have to. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers navigate the mortgage process with confidence, including access to Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs that can reduce or eliminate upfront costs. My goal is to make homeownership more accessible, especially for those who didn’t think it was within reach.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and deep expertise as a mortgage broker, I work with 200+ wholesale lenders to find the loan program that best fits your goals. Whether you're purchasing your first home, refinancing, or building a real estate portfolio, I’ll help you understand your options and move forward with clarity.
Born and raised in Arizona, I’m a husband, father of two, and a longtime University of Arizona basketball fan - Bear Down! When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy good food, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest financial moves you’ll ever make. My job is to make it feel easy, strategic, and stress-free - and to be your trusted guide every step of the way.
